We offer a simple and easy way of buying tyres securely online 24 hours a day, 7 days a week at your convenience. We accept all major credit/debit cards. You can be sure when ordering online from Tyre and Go that all purchases are 100% secure and that all of our transactions are via SecPay from Paypoint, which is approved by all major banks.
Please note: No money is taken until the order is dispatched.

How much is delivery?
Deliveries to the UK excluding the Scottish Highlands is FREE OF CHARGE. Delivery to Scottish Highlands and to UK isles will incur an extra delivery fees.

When will I receive my tyres?
Once your order has been placed it will go through a simple processing stage, we aim to deliver within the stated delivery time of 2-3 working days (stock permitting) in some cases we may have stock at two different warehouses, which may take an extra day or two for them to arrive. After your order you will receive an e-mail from one of our team stating your delivery date.

Can I track the delivery of my tyres?
All our tyres are sent by a third party reputable courier. All tyres dispatched will have a consignment number. If you require a tracking number please contact us or call 0844 579 6299 one of our sales team with your name and order number, we will then discuss the delivery status of your order.

Where can I have my tyres delivered to?
Your Tyres will be delivered to the card holder’s address as per the invoice. However we do have the option to deliver to an alternative delivery address which will be sent at our discretion. We will require the name and address of the signee who you have authorized to receive your tyres on your behalf. No one else can sign for the goods other than the name on the consignment note.
NOTE: It still may only, after security checks be possible to deliver to the card holders address.
You will be contacted by one of our team if there is a problem with your delivery details.

What happens if my tyres I have ordered are now out of stock?
Our website database updates our stock levels every 4 hours. This ensures all tyres on our website are available for sale at that present time. THIS IS NOT A LIVE SYSTEM. However in some circumstances where stock levels are low the tyres you have ordered may have already been sold. If this problem arises you will be contacted by a member of our team who will discuss your requirements and offer you a similar alternative. If however we are not able to fulfill your requirements your order will be cancelled.

What if I ordered the wrong tyres or want to make a return?
Goods accepted for return as a result of the buyer's error will attract a fee of £20 collection fee (applies to UK only and excludes VAT), plus a 10% charge (value of invoice) for restocking and administration fees. All returned goods will only be accepted at our discretion. Collections will be arranged and collected by our couriers. All goods returned will need to be in its original packaging or packaged as it was delivered to you. (Collections for returns differ in costs from Scottish Highlands and other UK islands please contact for collection costs) Refunds accepted will be refunded back to your card account of which the original transaction took place minus collection and handling fees as listed.
IMPORTANT: All Tyres must be new, and un-mounted. Once a tyre is mounted on the rim or installed on a vehicle, THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND!

Where can I have my tyres fitted?
Your tyres can be fitted by most fast-fit outlets or a garage of your choice providing they are fully equipped for fitting and balancing tyres. Fitting costs can vary depending on where you are in the UK but expect to pay in the region on £6.00 - £8.50 per tyre. We would also recommend that you have a new valves fitted and wheels re-balanced. Even with this outlay it is generally recognised that purchasing tyres online saves the customer ££££ especially on performance tyres.
