You can be sure when ordering online from Tyre and Go that all purchases are 100% secure and that all of our transactions are via SecPay from PayPoint, which is approved by all major banks. What happens if my tyres I have ordered are now out of stock? Our website database updates our stock levels every hour. This ensures all tyres on our website are available for sale at that present time. "OUR SYSTEM IS NOT REALTIME". However in some circumstances where stock levels are low the tyres you have ordered may have already been sold. If this problem arises you will be contacted by a member of our team who will discuss your requirements and offer you a similar alternative. If however we are not able to fulfil your requirements your order will be cancelled.
Where can I have my tyres fitted? Tyre and Go are solely a tyre mail order company. Currently we only offer fitting at our branch in Burnham-on-Crouch, Essex. However, we do offer a free delivery service direct to your doorstep or your local garage/tyre shop. Your tyres can be fitted by most fast-fit outlets or a garage of your choice providing they are fully equipped for fitting and balancing tyres. Fitting costs can vary depending on where you are in the UK but expect to pay in the region on £6.00 - £8.50 per tyre. We would also recommend that you have a new valves fitted and wheels re-balanced. Even with this outlay it is generally recognised that purchasing tyres online saves the customer ££££ especially on performance tyres. IMPORTANT NOTE: Any tyres damaged by 3rd party fitting stations will not be covered by any manufacturers' warranty or Tyre And Go. All Tyres must be new, and un-mounted. Once a tyre is mounted on the rim or installed on a vehicle, THEY CANNOT BE RETURNED FOR REFUND!
How does the reward scheme work and how can I redeem my points?
Every purchase you make through Tyre and Go we reward you with store credit which you can use as a discount against future purchases from us.
Currently our reward rate is set to 1%, this means for every £100 you spend with us you will receive £1 free store credit to use against future orders.
Your credit is calculated automaticly and can be found on the top right of each page, or in your Account.
Reward points are pending, and are not credited to your account until your previous order has been completed.
